This product has not been pasteurized and may contain harmful bacteria. Raw milk can cause serious illness, particularly in children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.
1. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing raw milk or raw milk products from Covenant Pastures LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption of unpasteurized dairy. You acknowledge that our products are provided "as is" without any medical warranties.
2. Release of Liability
The Purchaser hereby releases, waives, and discharges Covenant Pastures LLC and its owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any illness or injury resulting from the consumption of these products.
3. Proper Handling
All raw milk and raw milk products must be refrigerated below 40°F (4°C). Raw milk and fresh products should be consumed within ten days of bottling. Frozen products should be consumed within a month. If thawed, consume immediately.
