Cream from raw milk puts the ultra-pastured cream from the store to shame as it is full of natural enzymes, probiotics, healthy fats, and vitamins that pasteurization destroys.
It can be used in a multitude of applications - from whipped cream, butter, ice cream, or even fancy deserts like Crème Brûlée!
We do not skim cream from our whole milk that is for sale. This cream is skimmed from other milk that we use to make other dairy products.
