Welcome to Covenant Pastures! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To make purchases on our website, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or any other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.  We also reserve the right to change the price on an order based on the availability and final weight that is being sold.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept various payment methods.  You agree to provide valid payment information. Orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For pickup orders, you are responsible to show up at the pickup location at the pre-determined time.  Failure to do so may result in a cancelled order.  Repeated offences may lock your account, keeping you from placing any more orders.

For shipped or delivered orders, we will make reasonable efforts to ship your order promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not allow the return of any goods sold in our store.  If there is a concern with the quality of our product, customer is responsible for communicating all relevant details, including pictures.  Covenant Pastures holds the right to deny crediting if we feel that product was not stored responsibly, is past a reasonable expiration date, or for any other reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Covenant Pastures LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covenant Pastures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase of our products (including perishable products), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Perishable product can cause illness if not handled or stored properly or if it is not consumed quickly enough.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
