Because mozzarella is a fresh cheese with a limited shelf life, we have a limited supply. If interested in getting mozzarella regularly, add it to your subscription as we generally won’t make much more than what the subscriptions are calling for. Tuesday is generally when we make mozzarella, so for optimal freshness, set your subscription or place your orders to pick up Wed-Sat.
