Raw Ice Cream

Watch your family's eyes light up when you serve this raw ice cream! One of the benefits of growing up in a large family is that birthdays roll around quite often! :) Ice cream with fruit custard pies was the oft requested dessert by the birthday person.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. yogurt or kefir
- 2 c. cream
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
- 2 T. sucanat
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Freeze in ice cream maker.
- Add toppings of choice and devour! :)
