Green Smoothie

Nothing beats a smoothie on a hot day, especially when it contains superfoods like spinach, flaxseeds, and kefir!! An easy way to get greens into your children. :)
Ingredients
- spinach, fresh or frozen
- fruit - bananas, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, ect.
- kefir or yogurt
- ground flax seeds
- raw egg yolks (if you're feeling adventurous! :))
- vanilla
- sweetner - honey, maple syrup, stevia, ect.
- raw milk
Directions
- Stuff your blender with spinach and add enough milk to blend down the spinach.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, according to your preferences on taste and thickness. (Be aware that certain fruits can turn your lovely green smoothie a grungy brown color.)
- Blend together and enjoy!
