Fruit Smoothie

A simple treat that will make your children's eyes light up with delight! Many a summer afternoon found me as a child delivering this smoothie to our farmer men. Simple gestures are often the most appreciated!
Ingredients
- fruit - bananas, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, ect.
- kefir or yogurt
- ground flax seeds
- raw egg yolks (if you're feeling adventurous! :))
- vanilla
- sweetner - honey, maple syrup, stevia, ect.
- raw milk
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender, according to your preferences on taste and thickness.
- Blend together and enjoy!
