Cottage Cheese Pancakes
A protein packed breakfast for the whole family. This is my #1 pancake recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. raw milk

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
  2. Fry pancakes in a hot skillet.
  3. Devour with raw butter and maple syrup!
