Cottage Cheese Pancakes

A protein packed breakfast for the whole family. This is my #1 pancake recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. raw milk
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute.
- Fry pancakes in a hot skillet.
- Devour with raw butter and maple syrup!
