Cottage Cheese
Such a simple way to use up excess milk! We love this topped with applesauce, peaches, or just plain black pepper as an addition to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon raw milk
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 t. salt
  • raw cream

Directions

  1. Heat milk on medium to 190 degrees.
  2. Stir in vinegar.
  3. Drain off liquid.
  4. Add salt and cream to desired consistency.
