Such a simple way to use up excess milk! We love this topped with applesauce, peaches, or just plain black pepper as an addition to any meal!
Ingredients
- 1 gallon raw milk
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 t. salt
- raw cream
Directions
- Heat milk on medium to 190 degrees.
- Stir in vinegar.
- Drain off liquid.
- Add salt and cream to desired consistency.
