New Calf: Daisy!

We are excited to announce the arrival of a new Jersey calf - “Daisy” to our herd!  Annie had her last week, and both are doing well!

We are currently testing her to see if she has A2A2 genetics. If so, we will hopefully be milking her in a couple of years!

That increased our herd to 4 cows (Vivian, Violet, Annie, and Daisy).  Annie and Daisy are Jersey’s while Vivian and Violet are Jersey/ Holstein crosses.

Our goal is to have a steady supply of milk throughout the year by spacing calves every 4 months or so.

This is a great time to set up or increase your milk and egg subscription and tell your family and friends about our farm!
